A truly unique studio apartment Throughout the apartment you will see examples of the owners hand carved furnishings. The oak, sycamore and cedar furniture really help give a very contemporary feel to this unique living space. At 40m² of interior space this studio flat is the size of many 2 bedroom French apartments. The entire flat has been recently renovated to a very high standard with fantastic attention to detail. The living room has a sofa, a separate 140cm double bed, a 90cm single bed (stowed underneath the double) plus bunk beds. For maximum comfort we recommend a couple or small family share the apartment. The room features a dvd player with a huge 8' x 6" projector screen plus broadband access. Note there is no TV in the flat as the reception is not always great! But do bring some dvds to experience your own personal cinema. The flat has a large shower room which has been newly fitted with a contemporary shower and large sink plus WC and a heated towel rail. The kitchenette has been refurbished and contains a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooker and a microwave. Outside the flat benefits from a large 32m² patio area made private by a surrounding hedge. On the patio is a stunning hand-carved picnic table and bench with your own BBQ. |
